White Horse Training don’t train horses; they run development courses for accountancy and tax professionals and students. They needed an identity that kept their well-known name, but steered away from the “horse training” implication.
Originally the company name came from the Westbury White Horse, located on a hill in Wiltshire, UK. I suggested trying a motif of the hill, but leave the horse out.
Once the new identity was launched, I was asked to develop a range of recruitment posters, to be displayed around major transportation hubs in the southwest of England.
This poster campaign—to which I provided not only the design but the copywriting for, ran for 6 months, saw marketed uptake in inquiries, and an increase in enrolment of 8% over the previous year.
